Artist's Comments

I entrusted the flow of a day through morning, daytime, evening, and night to the clear stream of the Koma River.

When I saw the specification of the stained glass layout on which the four screens are divided by the wall at the beginning, I was puzzled how to make a plan for a while. However, by using the fun of this specification, I felt that I could bring in the flow of time as “intervals”, and expressed it with the rich nature of Sakado as its axis.
I wish this stained glass will be such an existence that says to the hearts of those who use Sakado station “Have a nice day”, “Welcome back”, “Welcome”, or “Good-bye”, and is familiar with them forever.
