Article 1 (Application)
These Workshop Guidelines establish the conditions governing participation in courses conducted by the Company, including training programs and workshops (collectively, the “Programs”).
Article 2 (Conditions of Participation)
The schedule, duration, capacity, eligible age range, program content, required items, and other conditions shall be as specified on the information page for each Program.
Article 3 (Application and Formation of Contract)
- ① The applicant contacts the Company through the contact form on the “Contact” page.
② After receiving the inquiry described in Item ①, the Company shall promptly provide the applicant, by email or another method separately designated by the Company, with information regarding the Program fee, payment method, application deadline, and other applicable conditions. Before providing this information, the Company may communicate with the applicant by email or another method separately designated by the Company in order to finalize the applicable conditions.
③ If the applicant agrees to the conditions provided by the Company pursuant to Item ② and wishes to apply for the Program, the applicant shall notify the Company accordingly by the application deadline and by email or another method separately designated by the Company.
④ After reviewing the notification submitted pursuant to Item ③, the Company shall notify the applicant, by email or another method separately designated by the Company, that the application has been accepted.
- The contract for participation in the Program shall be formed when the Company sends the notification described in Paragraph 1, Item ④.
Article 4 (Fees and Payment)
- The Program fee, payment method, and other payment conditions shall be as specified in the information provided pursuant to Paragraph 1, Item ② of the preceding Article.
- Payment shall be made within 10 days from the date on which the Company sends the notification described in Paragraph 1, Item ④ of the preceding Article.
- Bank transfer fees shall be borne by the participant.
Article 5 (Cancellations and Refunds)
- If a participant cancels for personal reasons, the following cancellation fees shall apply:
(1) Up to 14 days before the first day of the Program: No cancellation fee; a full refund will be issued.
(2) From 13 days to two days before the first day of the Program: 50% of the Program fee
(3) The day before or the first day of the Program: 100% of the Program fee
- If a refund is due, the Company shall, in principle, issue the refund using a method corresponding to the participant’s original payment method. Payments made by credit card shall be refunded to the relevant credit card account, and payments made by bank transfer shall be refunded by bank transfer to an account designated by the participant.

Article 6 (Late Arrival and Absence)
In the event of late arrival, early departure, or absence without notice, the Company does not guarantee an extension of the scheduled end time or an individual make-up session. As a general rule, no refund will be issued unless otherwise approved by the Company.
Article 7 (Safety, Compliance with Instructions, and Removal from the Program)
- Programs may involve the use of glass, tools, heat sources, and other materials or equipment and therefore involve risks of injury, breakage, or other damage. Participants shall comply with all precautions and instructions issued by the Company, including instructions regarding clothing and items to bring.
- If a participant fails to follow the instructions of the Company’s staff, or if the Company otherwise determines that action is necessary to ensure safety, the Company may suspend the participant’s participation, require the participant to leave, restrict the participant’s activities, or take other appropriate measures. In such cases, the Company may decline to issue a refund, except where the circumstances are attributable to the Company.
Article 8 (Characteristics of Completed Works)
Due to the nature of manual production processes and the characteristics of the materials used, completed works may differ from photographs or other reference images in color, dimensions, texture, or other respects. As a general rule, such differences shall not be regarded as defects.
Article 9 (Photography and Social Media)
Whether photography is permitted, the areas in which photography is allowed, and whether photographs or other content may be posted on social media or similar platforms shall be governed by the rules established by the Company, including prohibitions on photographing unpublished artworks, posted notices, instructions from staff, and other guidance provided by the Company.
If another participant appears in a photograph or other recording, the participant must not publish it without that person’s consent.
Article 10 (Cancellation or Rescheduling by the Company)
The Company may cancel or reschedule a Program due to unavoidable circumstances, including natural disasters, suspension of public transportation, power outages, outbreaks of infectious diseases, equipment failure, difficulty procuring materials, or the sudden illness of an instructor.
If a Program is cancelled for reasons attributable to the Company, the Company shall refund any fees already received.
Article 11 (Disclaimer)
Except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence on the part of the Company, the Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by a participant in connection with a Program.
Article 12 (Compensation for Damage)
- If a participant intentionally or negligently damages, defaces, loses, destroys, or otherwise causes harm to any facilities, equipment, tools, artworks, materials, or other property belonging to the Company or a third party (collectively, the “Facilities and Equipment”), the participant shall be liable to compensate the Company for the resulting damage. Such damage includes, but is not limited to, repair costs, replacement costs, cleaning costs, restoration costs, and the cost of arranging substitutes.
- Even in the circumstances described in the preceding paragraph, if the occurrence or extent of the damage is attributable in whole or in part to the Company, the participant’s liability shall be reduced or waived in proportion to the Company’s degree of fault.
- If a dispute arises between a participant and a third party as a result of the participant’s actions, the participant shall resolve the dispute at their own responsibility and expense and shall not cause any loss or damage to the Company.
