Production Notes

“Antique Glass,” the glass used in the stained glass artwork “To the Deep Blue Forests” installed at Aomori Airport, has been made into small pieces.
Two sets available: “Blue Forest” featuring various shades of blue, and “Red Forest” featuring various shades of red.
Antique glass is a traditional sheet glass with roots in medieval Europe, hand-blown by German craftspeople. It is loved for its rich, deep colors and unique textures, such as natural wrinkles and air bubbles.
For stained glass, colored glass is like paint.
Place them by a window, layer them, or use them as chopstick rests— enjoy the light of antique glass freely, just like painting a picture.
